There are a number of exciting shoe trends that have emerged that caught our eye. Here are our 4 favorite trends (plus a bonus) these shoes are coveting for not only their style but also comfort.
Possibly the most common look on the runway for the spring and summer is the pair of laced up sneakers that are casual but can certainly be dressed up. Red lacing and a black heel area can be seen at Alexander Wang, giving it an even more casual look. Sneakers are staying strong it seems and we can find slingback styles at Tommy Hilfiger, bootie styles coming in at Ralph Lauren, and slides picking up steam at Calvin Klein, looking so very delicious among the rest.
Another comfortable trend, loafers (and all the shapes and sizes they come in) are a great go to for this summer. Whether you’re going for a flat or heeled pair, your style combinations are endless.
Mules are the quintessential in and out shoe trend. These past two years have really been the moment for mules. Much like the loafers, there are numerous options you can work with from flats to super high heels and from open to pointed toe options. Here are some of our favorites:
Slide sandals are a pretty divisive shoe trend. Some swear by them as a chic look (just look at the runways) and others completely shy away from them. When well styled, slides can look pretty chic.
